We understand that plans may change, and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy for the Shenandoah Winter Retreat 2024:
Cancellation Timeframes:
Early Bird Cancellations:
- Cancellations made within 7 days of booking are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made after 7 days of booking but before December 31, 2023, will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
Regular Pricing Cancellations:
- Cancellations made before January 15, 2024, are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made on or after January 15, 2024, are non-refundable.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the booking.
Transfer:
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another person. Please notify us at least 14 days before the event to facilitate the transfer.
No-Show Policy:
Participants who do not attend the Winter Retreat without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund.
Event Cancellation:
In the rare event that the Winter Retreat is canceled by us, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
